Hi there!

I'm Andrea, an AI master's graduate with a background in game design and development.

I'm a Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD), focused on Kubernetes and OpenShift data platforms, GitOps automation, FinOps right-sizing, stateful workload migration, and production streaming infrastructure across AWS and Linux environments.

My recent work spans cluster bootstrapping, ArgoCD/Kustomize automation, Kubernetes resource right-sizing, ClickHouse/Kafka reliability work, Vault and OIDC hardening, and upstream contributions to RAGFlow for enterprise deployment use cases.

Beyond contributing to the academic field, I am a dedicated athlete who has earned national recognition.

In the rare instances when I'm not circling the track, you'll find me gaming away, competing in online tournaments, and staying in the loop with industry trends.

Built Python and Bash GitOps automation for cluster bootstrap, ArgoCD/Kustomize manifest generation, and cross-datacenter environment replication, reducing new environment scaffolding from weeks of manual work to about 60 seconds.
Developed a VPA/Goldilocks FinOps auto-updater that parses Kubernetes resource recommendations and opens Bitbucket PRs, right-sizing workloads across 11 distinct internal namespaces.
Automated ClickHouse upgrade blockers, Kafka Connect Azure CosmosDB integration, Strimzi Kafka ACL deduplication, GitOps egress firewall PRs, Vault snapshots, and safer Ansible deployment limits.

Built automated test suites for online banking platforms and introduced CI/CD pipelines for controlled, repeatable delivery.
Supported core banking applications across environments, including internet banking, CRM, and portfolio management systems.

Merged upstream PostgreSQL retry resiliency and single-bucket MinIO/S3 storage mode for enterprise deployments, reducing bucket sprawl and aligning with stricter IAM policies.

MacroTrackr

AGPLv3 self-hostable nutrition tracker with local auth, SQLite persistence, Docker Compose/GHCR deployment, React, TypeScript, Bun, and Elysia.
